The partners’ consortium is taking a start in Western Europe from France via Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany to Austria and extends to the New Member State regions Slovenia and Poland (Lower Silesia) in Eastern Europe.
A well-balanced partnership is established to develop policy tools, to facilitate transfer of good practise and to install innovation strategies in the selected New Member State regions.
The partner regions are familiar in working together in thematic networks such as STRINNOP, INNOBA, ERIK or in Foresight FOR-RIS.
