Bretagne innovation is the regional agency for the promotion and coordination of the innovation and technology development policies

 

Bretagne Innovation is an association created in 1988, governed by a French law passed in 1901 relating to non-profit-making organisations. Our mission is to organize and to structure regional, national and european actions  aiming at  supporting the Breton SMEs to manage successfully their innovative projects. In fact, we represent a network of organisations, men and women acting for the  development of their region by helping SMEs to innovate. This is done through technological, technical and/or financial support.

 

This activity of promotion and coordination of the technological development and innovation policies is performed trough several actions :

 

Providing follow up and technical support,

Paying attention to the SMEs needs

Providing financial support

Promoting Breton innovations

Informing, observing and analysing innovation in Brittany

 

 

>>To achieve this, Bretagne Innovation leads and coordinates complementary networks :

 

- « RDT », the Technological Development Network, providing businesses with proximity contacts for technological and economic advice.

- The network of 12 Breton  Centres for Technological Innovation, the SMEs technological partners.

- The  IRC, Innovation Relay Centre, Gateway to Europe for businesses willing to  promote their technology in Europe or seeking to acquire innovative products or processes.
