	A powerful management structure is a critical success factor for the project. The well structured and strong project organisation will supervise the project development process. It reflects the trans-regional structure with transnational support entities as well the regional structure for every partner.

	A well-established management process within the project organisation structure is a “must” to ensure communication, coordination and control of the project activities.
